The third and final day of this weekend’s Pickleball Canada National Championships hosted by the #KingstonPickleballClub focused on Women’s Singles and Men’s Doubles matches. Lots more great #pickleball battles to watch and lots more medals handed out for first, second and third place finishes. Congratulations to all participants and to those who took home medals throughout the tourney. Week 25: Andrea B. has impressive basketball accomplishments including being part of multiple Olympic and World Championship teams, was head coach for Bishop’s University and St. Lawrence College women’s teams and inducted in the Canadian Basketball Hall of Fame (just took name a few). She now competes in golf and pickleball. Over 500 women and men are here from across Canada and the USA all weekend long to battle to be called the nation’s best #pickleball players. The 2019 Pickleball Canada National Championships is officially underway today and this year's multi-day event will be hosted by the #KingstonPickleballClub. This year's National Championships will also be the largest #pickleball tournament to be hosted in Canada with close to 550 registered players and is the first time the tournament will be held east of Alberta. All matches are open to the public, admission is free and all games will take place at the INVISTA Centre in Kingston. Best of luck to all the competitors. #seewhatshecando
