For #WorldMentalHealthDay, we are highlighting Hall of Famer, Liz Manley. Liz is the 1988 Olympic Winter Games Silver Medallist in Figure Skating. Little did people know that before she won her silver medal, she was struggling with severe depression. Since then, she has been open about her struggles and founded a charity to support teens struggling with Mental Health. Thank you Liz for all you do to help others! Come and skate at our newly renovated facility! We have something for everyone! Programs include learn to skate, power skating for hockey players, figure skating at all levels, ice dance development and Ice Dance Elite.
