A great opportunity to watch some of Skate Canada / Patinage Canada's best figure skaters compete to be called national champions at the 2023 Canadian Tire National Skating Championships. This year's National Championships will also will also feature the nation’s best junior and senior synchronized skating teams as they compete for the national title. The synchronized skating teams previously competed at the Skate Canada Synchronized Skating Championships. For #WorldMentalHealthDay, we are highlighting Hall of Famer, Liz Manley. Liz is the 1988 Olympic Winter Games Silver Medallist in Figure Skating. Little did people know that before she won her silver medal, she was struggling with severe depression. Since then, she has been open about her struggles and founded a charity to support teens struggling with Mental Health. Thank you Liz for all you do to help others!
