I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated yesterday by Kevin Honsberger. I arrived three minutes late for my 20 minute appointment even called ahead as I was stuck in traffic only to be told by him I dont care why you are late I can give you 10 minutes as I have to have lunch which he did and then charged me $65 for the privilege. The treatment was so rushed and I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone it is based on money only.....On top of all this I now have a fully torn rotator cuff injury because of him as he dug in too far....In reply to your response I would like to make it perfectly clear that Kevin's attitude was unacceptable knowing how much pain I am in but his lunch was way more important. I did not get my full treatment still had about 10 minutes left so how you can say that your clinic is caring is unbelievable. Even the receptionist was so embarrassed at the way I was treated including another member of your staff...I hope you learn by this and do not treat anyone else this way....Discussion over there are a lot of excellent clinics that treat you with respect and care.......
