No matter how much we read, sometimes we get the most from listening to others share their experiences and journeys.  That is exactly what happened at our last Women Coaches Circle.  Two young coaches shared why they stepped into a coaching role, the supports they had in place to be successful, impact of mentors and recommendations to engage more females.  We learned a lot and if we can implement their recommendations, we will see more females transitioning into coaching roles.
