So first impressions, it's wierd seeing a shop with so little bad reviews, and the bad reviews are so lame.
Entering the shop was like being in a fast and furious movie. So that was pretty neat, the general aura of the place is "I'm in a room full of people who know more then I'd learn in a life time". The shop is clean and organized. The guys are nice, you can definitely tell they work on cars they have the tuner attitude. They aren't too busy where they forget who you are, but they are busy enough to be full. They fit me in really quickly though.
Onto the work, I told them what I thought it was and a dead line. They diagnosed what they thought it to be which lined up with what I thought as well (which was a nice ego boost tbh).
They got my car finished exactly when I needed it. The finished price was almost bang on the quote as well. (I was givin two quotes originally also, one slightly cheaper but a longer wait and the other a bit more expensive but less time. Also a few options which I could omit if I felt the need. Absolutely no upsale at all. I choose less time and all options. They also worked with me a bit and waved the diagnostic fee. Which was a nice gesture and I super appreciate it since this car is accumulating alot of debt at this point)
All in all I'm pretty happy with my experience. No clue what the negative reviews are about because the guys are literally really awesome. I wouldn't hesitate going back. In this economy alot of people are trying to make an extra buck where and when they can. I believe they were 100% honest with me and only brought stuff up applicable to my situation.
TL;DR- they communicate and don't try to run your pockets. They fix broken cars and are pretty great. 100% recommend.

Quite dissappointed in this shop as was charged $170.00 of which was not disclosed to the customer prior. This was the charge for just checking over my vehicle. The problem was established earlier (fine tuning & a different band sensor) was needed yet the need to check over my vehicle when it was brought in for repair.
I brought it in for the repair of tuning of which an estimate was given. Still wondering how it takes an hour to check a vehicle!
All I can say is they know how to charge!

Great customer service and knowledge. They have been a massive help throughout my 1JZ swap. I ordered a wiring specialties harness through SSS, and when I received it, it was incorrectly set up. SSS had it shipped back, fixed, and returned to me at no cost, without any hassle or arguments. I'm really happy with how they handled it, as I can see other shops giving you a hard time or making you pay. Thanks!

Highly recommend. I take my '05 Infiniti FX45 here for all repairs and services that I don't do myself. Top notch workmanship, top notch humans. The shop is very busy at certain times of the year but despite that, they are still punctual with their services and if something comes up, they immediately communicate it with you so YOU can make the decision about YOUR vehicle and so you are aware of any delays. You work with them, they work with you. They are direct, to the point, thorough and will tell you exactly what your vehicle needs and why. They have no pressure sales tactics and stick to the facts. If your vehicle needs something, it needs it. Plain and simple. The decision on what is done is completely yours. I highly recommend taking their advice though. ;)
At the end of the day, this is where I will continue to take my vehicle for all of its needs and I think you would be happy if you did too. The end.
