Because COVID19 has cancelled our Intentional Walk for ALS, we have compiled a fun list of different activities you can do to move your body and calm your mind during COVID19. These activities can be done alone or with those you are self-isolating with at home. They can be done in your home or in your backyard. The idea is to try something new, have some fun, and do something great for your body and mind. You have the month of June to complete the challenge of finishing all the activities on your Bingo card. And if you still want to walk, walking is an activity on each of our bingo cards!
