Hello again from Team Inglis!

We're hoping everyone is enjoying their long weekend! Our team is so excited to be sharing our second blog post as the curling season gets more and more underway (yay!)

We are thrilled to share that we have been invited to compete at Curling Canada’s PointsBet Invitational event at the Sixteen Mile Sports Complex in Oakville! The event kicks off on Wednesday, September 27. 

The PointsBet Invitational is a one-of-a-kind, tension-packed curling event featuring the best men's and women's teams from across Canada competing in a March Madness-style, single-elimination tournament.

Our “Sweep 16” game is at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27 against Alberta’s Kayla Skrlik. We are playing on sheet D.  We would love to pack the house with Team Inglis fans! Skipper Danielle Inglis provided us with her insight into the event. "We're thrilled to be invited to play in the 2023 PointsBet Invitational event and we’re looking forward to playing against Canada's top teams in front of a home province crowd".
