Puppy Yoga: Breath in. Breath Out. Cuddle.

What better way to unwind from a long week than cuddling adorable puppies between downward dog, tabletop and child poses? This weekend we gave Puppy Yoga a try. It was a therapeutic, heartwarming and super fun experience. 

 

Puppy Yoga works with breeders to give pups the opportunity to learn how to socialize before they go to their new homes. All the puppies are healthy, up-to-date on their shots, dewormed, vet checked and ready to cuddle.

Our yoga practice was gentle and accessible to everyone. The main focus of this fun-hearted class was the sweet rottweiler/husky puppies who roamed the room freely as yogis worked on poses, laughing and taking photos.  Get a glimpse of our Sunday fun with puppies.
