1. How did you first get introduced to curling?
My parents were both competitive curlers and got me introduced to the game at a very young age.
2. Was there someone or something that was a key motivating factor for you to curl and to aspire to play at a high level
Watching my dad go to the brier in 2000 really inspired me to play at the competitive level and compete to try and make it to the Scottie’s.

3. What would you tell someone aspiring to be a high level curler to do to develop the skills and mindset needed to be able to compete and play at the highest levels of the game?
Practice. Practice. Practice. The more time you spend on the ice the better your skills will be.
4. What do you enjoy most about the game of curling?
Over the years I have had the opportunity to play with so many amazing women. I have enjoyed getting to know all my teammates and creating friendships.
5. If you could go back in time, what would you tell your 10 year old self?
I would tell my 10 year old self to practice more but to keep having fun on the ice.
6. Do you have a favourite memory that stands out in your curling career to date?
My favourite memory is making it to the final at the 2015 Canadian juniors. It was my first time playing in an arena and first time playing on Live TV it was such an amazing atmosphere and experience.
7. What one piece of advice would you give to someone just starting out in the game of curling?
Focus on staying balanced and keep practicing. It takes time but it will get easier.
