Team Brandwood brings together some of the best and accomplished curlers playing in Ontario. Skip Chelsea Brandwood, Vice Brenda Holloway, Second Riley Sandham, and Lead Hilary Nuhn bring together almost 50 years of collective successful provincial competitive curling experience. All four players can call themselves provincial champions in their own right and in their first year as a team, they not only earned a spot to compete at the 2019 CurlON Scotties Tournament of Hearts but the team also finished ranked 7th on the World Curling Tour (WCT). Certainly, they are a team that has proven they can compete with the best of Ontario's female curlers.
For the upcoming competitive curling season, they are laser-focused on winning the 2020 CurlON Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Cornwall, Ontario which gives them the opportunity to represent Ontario in Curling Canada's 2020 Scotties Tournament of Hearts National Championships in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. These ladies know first hand that lofty goals and big dreams often make for big moments.

Team Brandwood will compete in four events of the Ontario Curling Tour (OCT) in 2019 including the KW Fall Classic, the Stu Sells Toronto Tankard, the Gord Carroll Curling Classic (Whitby) and the Part II Bistro Ladies Classic (Wingham). They will also defend their 2018 Championship title when they return to Whitby to compete in this year's Gord Carroll Curling Classic.
Created to promote competitive curling from a grassroots level, the OCT enables some of the best male and female curlers from across the province to play against each other and compete for prize money. These OCT events also enable Canadian curling teams to accumulate Canadian Team Ranking System (CTRS) points. These points help teams to qualify for such events as the Canadian Olympic Curling Trials and the Canada Cup of Curling. A number of the OCT events also count as World Curling Tour (WCT) events.*
