Welcome to Athletics Ontario!
Ontario's sport governing body for all things Athletics including track and field, cross country, race walking, para events and road racing! Our mission is to develop, promote and ensure competent delivery of programs and competitions in athletics for the participant’s enjoyment of the sport produce highly competitive provincial, national and international athletes; and contribute to the health, fitness, social development and well-being of all participants.
Athletics Ontario offers club membership ranging from ages 8 to 98. Masters Athletics starts at 35, where all ages and genders run together in an inclusive environment.
